Chef-Owner Petrina Loh, a former banker, pursued her culinary passion by founding Morsels in Singapore after training at the California Culinary Academy and Michelin-starred restaurants. Located in Dempsey Hill, Morsels reflects her commitment to sustainability, with Chef Petrina growing her own herbs and mastering fermentation techniques from Korean sauce maestros.
